Reeve Foundation: See Us

The Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation came to OBERLAND to build an awareness campaign that fights stigma and promotes visibility of people living with paralysis. We ignited a movement for people within the community to share their stories and speak out against ableism.

The ‘See Us’ campaign launched mid-April 2019 and ran through June 2019. A PSA broadcasted the message across national television while social media and a microsite housed an outpouring of user generated content from the paralysis/SCI community. In its first three days, the campaign drove a 5% increase in Instagram followers for the Foundation. ‘See Us’ doubled campaign goals for participation and engagement on Instagram.
